Often playgrounds are excellent places, when few children are around, to perform exercise circuits: body weight, elastic bands, jumps, pull ups, etc. While at the playground with my kids we’ve often had a small groups of adults come through to demonstrate their pull ups and inversions on the rings. And the basketball courts are nearby with a lower hoop on one side for the preteens.
