      I often do playground risk management consulting. The problem with this sign is that I could easily make the case that, if a child was hurt doing something else, that they would be guilty of negligence for failure to worn. On the other hand, I could also make the case that putting out apparatus that was so dangerous that such a warning was required is equally negligent.
