      That’s a bunch of BS. Tell me, how can snow harm a child?? Afraid of being kidnapped?? OK, I understand the school rules about not getting your child clothes wet and just maybe throwing snow in their eyes. Kids love playing in the snow and me as an adult live in an area where there is snow on the ground for 2 or 3 months. There is no way you cannot trample in it. If you have 36 in or snow and the child is that tall, of course you are not going to let them walk in it. You just have to observe caution and make good judgment. You do have to let a child have some freedom.
